Begin is a small upstairs hideaway tucked above the noise of Mong Kok. Climb the narrow staircase, push through the heavy door, and you'll find a low-lit room scented with fresh-ground coffee and slow-simmered ragù.
We pour with care, cook with patience, and play records all day. No rush. No Wi-Fi password on the wall. Just a vinyl, a glass, and the sound of Mong Kok fading away below.
